Fresh Green Smoothie with Apple
- 1 Orange
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 Cup of Kale
- 1 Cup of Spinach or Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 Cup Parsley
- Ice-Adjust to the desired consistency
- Water as needed-about 1/2 Cup or So
- Cut the carrot, celery, and apple into chunks.
- I strongly recommend a Vitamix as this really blends the best
- Start off on a slower speed and work up until it starts to blend
- Blend until the desired consistency
- Should take about a minute.
